Grace T. Falken

Grace T. Falken is a research program associate at Brown University’s Annenberg Institute.

She works with Professor Matthew Kraft studying teacher absences and substitute teachers’ labor supply decisions. Her own research interests include policy evaluation methods, behavioral policy design, and the role of linguistics in human capital formation.

Prior to joining Annenberg, Grace worked for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, where she analyzed institutions’ compliance with federal regulations. She graduated from Davidson College in 2018 with a B.A. in economics and English.
