Josh Cowen

Josh Cowen is Professor of Education Policy at Michigan State University. He has been studying school choice programs for nearly two decades, along with other public policies and programs. He is on the Board of Directors for the National Center for Research on Education Access and Choice (REACH), funded by the US Department of Education and based at Tulane University, and on the Research Advisory Board for the latest congressionally mandated evaluation of the DC Opportunity Scholarship (voucher) program. In his teaching, he works with both future educators at the undergraduate level, and education policy and economics students at the doctoral level.
